Hi I’m Kat. I live in Ashland, Oregon and I’d like to guide you out into the woods!

Wilderness Yoga is outdoor adventure, forest bathing & resilience building-all three encompass the best of what being in the wilderness invites.

You pick the adventure level and desired frequency and I’ll choose the routes. I can accommodate any adventure sought in the Siskiyou Mountains and all around Southern Oregon!

First and foremost I’m an active adventurer and have ventured through nearly every trail in Southern Oregon. I’m also a Certified Nutritionist & Health Coach, and Yoga teacher who loves to explore the Southern Oregon wilderness nearly every day. I train up in the mountains both riding bikes and hiking trails. I also guide yoga and meditation sessions in very special outdoor places.

Book an adventurous bike ride, hike or yoga session-I can work with you weekly or just for a single session

  • Weekly guided hikes -choose 1, 2 or 3 days per week-2 hour treks

    • $55.00 per person-Groups 3 or more $45.00 per person

  • Single day adventures-Usually between 4-6 hours-I bring the snacks!

    • $105.00 per person, includes snacks and transportation for up to 4 people

  • Yoga asana with meditation-1, 2 or 3 days per week -1 1/2 hour yogic adventure

    • $45.00 per person-Groups 3 or more $35.00 per person

3 fitness levels to grow from, many wilderness trails to discover!

Beginners' fitness-As an experienced health coach with expertise in exercise sciences and weight loss I understand how to train clients at their current level of cardiovascular fitness.

Advanced Adventurer-If you’re fit and love to be in the woods weekly, or a few times a week I can meet your needs. I have many routes to choose from, a 4 wheel drive truck. I can navigate almost any year round fitness routine you desire or require! I change up the challenges to avoid adaptation, so you get the best fitness protocol for your intended level of maintenance.

Woods Warrior-Keeping it intense but absolutely peaceful. Climb the highest mountains around Southern Oregon! Yes these peak can be quite intense but if your fit, adventurous and can handle the higher elevation I can guide you on the best hikes with most incredible views, you won’t even notice the work! This is a great choice for single day adventures for photographers wanting the best perspectives and wildlife shots and seasoned hikers or mountain bikers who want to explore the Southern Oregon wilderness.
