Yoga with Kat

Kat is a Yoga Alliance certified Tantra Yoga Teacher (CYT 200) and guides students in traditional Hatha yoga asana with meditation, breath work, and mindfulness training.

Science based education- Kat holds a Bachelors of Science in the Health and Fitness Sciences through Portland State and Oregon Health Science University’s School of Public Health. She has completed requisite studies in pre-med anatomy and physiology and the exercise sciences with a special focus on personal development and health coaching. Kat understands the unique physical needs of students and how best to address their perceived limitations and body composition goals. Safely and confidently improve the mobility of joints while building muscle when engaging in yoga- a practice for every age and health status.

Mental and emotional growth-Yoga is not just about working with the physical body but also building resilience of spirit, and mental awareness.. Each practice offers movement of body, breath control, and development of awareness of the Self.
