Yoga with Kat
Science based education-Kat is a Yoga Alliance certified Tantra Yoga Teacher (CYT 200) and guides students in traditional Hatha yoga asana with meditation, breath work, and mindfulness training. Kat holds a Bachelors of Science in the Health and Fitness Sciences through Portland State University and Oregon Health Sciences University, she has extensive training in anatomy and physiology and exercise sciences. Kat understands the unique needs of students and how best to address their physical limitations and body composition goals. Kat can work with you to improve mobility of joints while building muscle.
