Kat is available as a holistic health coach, guiding clients to achieve well being and physical health through lifestyle practices and mind~body balance. Implementing science based research with Eastern spiritual practices, Kat can work with you to design a custom energy stimulating fitness program including a traditional yoga practice and exercise plans with your specific areas of interest, your capabilities and needs, and your current fitness level addressed.

Kat teaches clients science based nutrition education and specializes in planning nutrition for weight loss clients, athletes, and for everyone in between to implement lifestyle change on every level to build wholistic health.
Prevention is key when addressing chronic disease. With food and lifestyle modification clients can begin to prepare their own foods for their own optimal health. Kat includes many recipes for success! Using a wholistic approach to food she educates clients on nutritional content, optimal physiological requirements for our diet, and how to enhance the nutritional and medicinal quality and flavor of your daily meals.The beautiful balance of all elements is the wholistic approach for achieving a radiant life.
