FEAR IS FEAR IS FEAR IS FEAR
Anxiety, discontent or depression all stem from fear based thinking. If you simply become present in this moment most likely there isn’t anything here to fear. To be present is to come into the moment of NOW.
Focusing the mind outside the current moment leads to the illusion of the future or the mental reconstruction of past experiences. Essentially, when we don’t pay full attention to what we are currently “do-ing”, we are on autopilot and re-thinking or “re-cycling” thoughts. Cyclical thinking effectively narrows the possibilities and keeps us repeating cycles and ensures you stay stuck in old patterns which is fine if you have been living in creative positivity and excitement for the past few years, but if you happen to be dissatisfied with life and uninspired about your path then putting presence into practice is essential!
When we go through life fully present for the gifts that lie in the unknown “moment”, we truly allow an open playing field of events that will change our course based on how we are BEING presently.
