If you do a few rounds of Surya Namaskar every day you will stimulate good health and vitality. Opening the subtle body energy centers (chakras) and lengthening the muscles through the movements invigorates the blood, mobilizes the joints, and strengthens the body. Oxygen flow increases for maintenance and healing of tissues. It can be performed anywhere with a mat or without. Remember:inhale to open, exhale to fold. Be humble, be kind, be loving.
